# AG Active Play India Factory - release and integration register

## Scope
Expanded the existing AG commerce Site into a manufacturing-led platform from the supplied India Factory brief. Site identity and owner-private audience are preserved. Root is now the factory homepage. Original React commerce remains at /commerce; earlier static storefront remains /experience/index.html and retains its browser storage key. No source-system commercial records, Kyte settings, inventory, orders or payments were modified.

## Implemented
- Original navy/coral/white editorial manufacturing design, improved vector digital logo and favicon, professional India Factory lockup.
- Original generated factory hero, visibly identified as AG Concept Visual; no documentary factory ownership claimed. WebP asset at public/factory/manufacturing-hero.webp. Built-in image generation prompt: bright modern Indian component workshop; safely equipped TIG welder assembling stainless playground slide; plausible machinery, daylight and yellow gantry crane; no logos or text.
- Manufacturing homepage, 11 product family taxonomy, interactive seven-cell process scope, 11 component groups, OEM/ODM, engineering, safety, India-to-GCC export, 14 project applications, resources, about and contact pages.
- Product concept pages preserve exact AG-C001 and AG-IN001 names and references observed on www.agactiveplays.com. Every unverified technical specification is marked pending; no new AG SKU, stock or price is invented.
- Five-step RFQ: project/location/currency; site/unit/area/users; quantities/material/finish/colour/reference/drawing requirements; quality direction/compliance/engineering/delivery/installation; customer details/review/summary.
- Local RFQ drafts; JSON summary export; browser Print / Save PDF; customer-reviewed WhatsApp summary using the published main website contact. No automated email or message transmission.
- Durable RFQ API and D1 schema for identity-owned RFQs, assignments, audit events, blocked integration outbox, private pricing revisions and controlled asset metadata. Server-generated sequential AGIN-RFQ-year-number references. Idempotency keys plus payload hashes prevent replay; request key and saved status persist across browser reloads.
- Client workspace lists only the authenticated user's RFQs. Factory endpoint returns only own explicitly assigned, NDA-signed, released package references. Admin access defaults to deny until server admin IDs are provisioned.
- Internal finance calculation module accepts approved revisions only, with integer minor-unit arithmetic, explicit margin/discount approval and approved confidence range. No live rates supplied and no public price-calculator endpoint activated.
- Two-page Factory Platform Profile PDF; a development scope profile rather than unverified factory credentials.

## Main website review and integration
The public www.agactiveplays.com homepage and equipment library were reviewed in-browser. Existing navigation: Worlds, Solutions, Equipment, Projects, Design Studio, Professionals, About. Existing records include Dune Explorer Tower AG-C001, AG Horizon Mini Tower AG-OUT-MP-0002 and Skybridge Indoor Adventure AG-IN001. The global site describes original concepts with technical evidence pending. Preserve these distinctions during integration.

Commerce-to-global navigation and published WhatsApp/email links work as navigation handoffs. Reference handoffs preserve allowlisted existing AG IDs and quantities; remain quotation-only and do not create a competing inventory/product master. Root reference links redirect into /commerce for review. Main website return navigation snippet prepared in public/integration/commerce-link.html, not installed.

The historical Vercel team slug agactiveplay-7810 returned 403 and consent attempts returned 404. Team discovery resolved the active authorised team aaifgroups-2279 (team_rZwe1SvYTUKjyyWMlscciNab), and confirmed ag-active-play-global-website (prj_mwTnZ4UV5JQMT1dVgyoObwaaAx0S) includes www.agactiveplays.com. DNS inspection confirms www points to custom-domains.chatgpt.site, with external Infomaniak nameservers. Therefore Vercel route changes would not integrate the currently served main website. Its native Site is not available among owned/editable Sites in the selected workspace; source access remains unavailable. No main-site source, menu, DNS or hosting configuration was changed. User requested agactiveplay.in as the India target domain; custom hostname www.agactiveplay.in is now registered to this private Site in Pending status; DNS validation and SSL activation remain outstanding. This release uses the existing private Sites URL, on Cloudflare/Vinext, not Vercel. No public launch or search-index claim.

## Validation
- TypeScript and production build run before packaging; results recorded in native source/deployment evidence.
- 15 Node tests: mixed basket routing, input bounds, missing migration IDs, WhatsApp field allowlist, cross-company finance denial, webhook HMAC tampering, m/ft site area, RFQ schema, duplicate quantities/IDs, evidence confidence, safe summary, allowlisted reference handoff and approved integer pricing.
- In-memory SQLite migration test: replay uniqueness, per-user isolation, audit/outbox deduplication, no approved rates, factory default deny. This is test-only storage, not production records.
- Browser RFQ walkthrough: UAE/AED, site 20 x 12 m = 240 m2, stainless slide scope quantity 2, material request and drawing revision retained, CAD + safety review, CIF UAE. Missing name/email rejected; unsigned submission rejected with sign-in requirement. WhatsApp review retained requested scope and withheld budget; no message sent.
- Browser section render: products, factory, capabilities, OEM/ODM, projects, engineering, safety, resources, export, about, contact, AG-C001, AG-IN001, client portal, factory portal, admin and preserved commerce. No broken completed images or desktop horizontal overflow in checked pages.
- Interactive capability change Metal Engineering -> Soft Play correctly updates processes and RFQ link.
- Components route browser check unavailable: browser navigation returned ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT and subsequent URL policy denial. No browser-policy workaround attempted. Its source is included and production compilation succeeds; browser runtime verification remains incomplete.
- PDF: both pages rendered and visually reviewed.
- Dedicated mobile device, performance benchmark, authenticated hosted RFQ acceptance, financial/provider end-to-end tests and external CRM tests remain unverified. No real orders/payments created.

## Post-deploy verification
Native deployment succeeded. Live D1 overview returned DB with audit_events, controlled_assets, integration_outbox, manufacturing_assignments, manufacturing_rates and manufacturing_rfqs. No rows were seeded. Custom domain www.agactiveplay.in was added in Pending status; required CNAME/TXT validation records are available in india-domain-setup.json. No live DNS record was changed.

## Remaining production release work
Open the main website native Site in its owning workspace or provide its authorised repository; verify the India domain; install main website return navigation; approve manufacturing partner/evidence records and licensed real imagery; connect Shopify and OS identities/contracts; approve finance rate revisions and discount rights; provision scanning/private file release; configure CRM adapters and outbox workers; verify hosted identity-owned RFQ save/replay/isolation; complete mobile, performance, compliance and management UAT before public launch.
